RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately or within 10 days of your purchase. We would like to know.
Artwork and one-of-a-kind handmade items are not returnable unless defective. If a repair or replacement cannot be made by the original artist to your satisfaction, we will refund your payment.
Exchanges for equivalently valued items from the same maker, if available, will be made at our discretion. (Example: color) To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards are not eligible for refund, but a lost or stolen card can be cancelled and replaced if you bring in the original receipt displaying the card authorization code.
